Finally saw the movie. I didn't want to draw crazy armor suit action so this is what came out. I wanted his hand/arm to look like it's coming out at you but it just came out looking ginormous. He could clobber you with that fist.

Finally finished my Dark Knight homage. The Joker was obviously the best part of the movie and this was my favorite few seconds of the film.

Batman on a stick

I'm not sure why he's on a stick, but I wanted to try an all digital piece, so BAM!

Also, The Dark Knight was... awesome... in the classical sense of the word.

Anywhoo... Hopefully if you've seen The Dark Knight you know it rocks for blocks. Hard not to be inspired by a Joker the likes of which we haven't enjoyed before.

Jumping on the Hellboy bandwagon

Okay, haven't posted in ever. As it so happens, I have a Hellboy drawing that I never quite finished. I did this several months ago, a little bit before the Conan theme.

Hellboy

I saw Hellboy 2 this weekend and thought it was amazing. The movies do stray from the comic, but H2 was overflowing with fantastic visuals of its own invention and I thought it had a great story. I've been inspired and look forward to all the other Cup Doodlers joining in with some Hellboy hi-jinx!
