We had an extra long meeting at work so I drew this. I didn't have reference on hand in the meeting, so she's all kinds of wrong costume-wise.
Hopefully you can see she's licking her hands clean - not sucking her thumb. I probably should have drawn a pool of blood under the victim and some drips off her hand to drive the point home. :)
I'm disappointed with her midsection - somehow I couldn't successfully get her top to merge with her ...bottom. Ah well, it's just a sketch anyways.
